Christine is more than a vehicle; she’s a symbol of strength, resilience, and community support. This beautiful pink fire truck has been an ambassador of hope, visiting countless communities and connecting people from all walks of life. As she travels under NERO's care, Christine will continue her mission, uniting our goals to honor and support first responders and community members alike. We are excited for the new journeys Christine will take us on and the lives she’ll touch along the way.
Meet Christine at an Event
NERO is proud to bring Christine to nonprofit gatherings, local sports events, and first-responder-related occasions throughout Northern California. Christine’s presence adds a unique touch to every event, and visitors are invited to sign the truck in honor of their own journey or in memory of a loved one. Christine the Shiny Pink Fire Engine Book
A once useful fire engine aged out and was put to pasture, and a group from the community found a way to repurpose it and make it extremely useful in the community once again.
Written by one of our very own founders, Joyce Oren. All proceeds from book sales support first responders in the line of duty.
